Introduction

Welcome to Bambú Wellness Center, operated by Peace of Mind Services B.V., Kaya Abnaci kvl. 63, Trai Seru, Willemstad, Curaçao. These terms apply to every appointment, treatment, package and course you book with us. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you book on behalf of someone else, we assume that they have also read these terms and conditions.

Our treatments

We offer facial, body, reductive and massage treatments, as described on our website. Our treatments are wellness and aesthetic treatments and do not replace advice or treatment from a doctor. Every person is different, so results can vary and we cannot guarantee a specific result.

Booking and deposit

You can book through the online calendar on our website or by WhatsApp on +599 9 675 7258. On Sundays we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, by appointment only. Sunday appointments are requested by WhatsApp and are booked once our customer service team confirms them; they cannot be booked online.

If this is your first visit to Bambú, we ask for a deposit of Cg 53 to secure your appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total price of your treatment. Returning clients and clients already known to us do not need to pay a deposit. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking and can be settled via bank transfer, debit/credit card (swipe/POS), cash or Sentoo. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, your appointment may be released and made available to other clients.

Cancelling or changing your appointment

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know by WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, your deposit is moved to your new appointment or refunded. If you cancel later than this or do not show up, the deposit is not refunded.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so the next client is not kept waiting, and the full price still applies. If we ever need to cancel or move your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a new time; if no new time suits you, your deposit will be refunded.

Prices, payment and packages

Our prices are in Curaçao guilders (XCG) and are shown on our website. The price confirmed when you book is the price you pay, even if our prices change later. For some treatments the price is set during a consultation, and we will always tell you the price before the treatment starts. The remaining amount is paid at the end of your treatment.

Packages, such as 8 reductive treatment sessions with lymphatic drainage, can be paid in full at the first session or in two installments: 50% at the first session and the remaining 50% before starting the 5th session. Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card (swipe/POS), cash, or Sentoo. All package sessions must be used within 6 months. Packages are personal and cannot be transferred, and any late cancellation or no-show will count as a used session.

Your health

Your safety comes first. Before your treatment, please tell us about any medical condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery or skin problem, and let us know if anything changes before a later visit. We may ask you to fill in a short health form. We may adapt, postpone or decline treatment if it is not suitable for you. If you are unsure whether a treatment is right for you, please ask your doctor before booking. Clients under 18 can only be treated with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.

Liability

We carry out every treatment with care. We are not responsible for reactions or damage caused by health information that was missing or incorrect due to the client's negligence, or for the loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the center.

Messages and privacy

When you book or fill in a form on our website, you agree that we may contact you about your appointment by WhatsApp, SMS or email. After your visit, we may also send you a short request to review our service and, from time to time, information about our offers. You can tell us by WhatsApp at any time if you no longer want to receive these messages. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the day you book applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
