When you book an appointment or send us a form on our website, we ask for your first and last name, email address and WhatsApp number. Some forms also ask for your gender, preferred language, the treatments you are interested in and your question or message. We also keep the details of your appointments, such as the treatment, date and time.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, SMS or email, we keep these messages so we can help you. Before a treatment, you may tell us about your health, such as medical conditions, allergies, medication or pregnancy, so we can treat you safely. We may also ask you to fill in a short health form.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, answer your questions and provide your treatments safely. After your visit, we may send you a short request to review our service and, from time to time, information about our offers. We also use website information to understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our advertising. We keep financial records as required by law.

Your health information

Health information is sensitive, so we treat it with extra care. We only use it to decide whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you, and only team members who need it for your treatment can see it. It is stored on paper at the center or in our booking system and is not shared outside Bambú unless the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as needed:

• our booking and customer management system (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which stores your contact details, appointments and messages;

• WhatsApp (Meta), for messages about your appointments;

• Google, for website statistics (Google Analytics), maps and reviews;

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our advertising.

Some of these providers store information outside Curaçao. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and similar tools

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and our booking system, and shows embedded content from Google Maps and Google reviews. These tools help us see how visitors use our website and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website will keep working, but some features may not work as expected.

How long we keep your information
